- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, banana, mint leaves, spinach, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more maple syrup.
