Description

No-Bake Oatmeal Energy Bites are a quick and easy snack option that is both healthy and delicious. Perfect for on-the-go energy boosts without the guilt!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, chocolate chips or dried fruit, chia seeds or flaxseeds, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
