Description

Delicious and easy-to-make No-Bake Oreo Truffles made with just 4 ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz chocolate (milk or dark, for coating)
  • Optional: additional crushed Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place back on the parchment paper.
  7. If desired, sprinkle crushed Oreos on top of the chocolate before it sets.
  8. Refrigerate the truffles until the chocolate is firm, about 15-20 minutes.
