Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- If desired, melt chocolate chips and dip the balls into the chocolate, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate again until the chocolate is set.
