Delicious no-bake bars that mimic the taste of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, perfect for a quick treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats and mix until well combined.
- In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract into the melted chocolate.
- Press half of the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining peanut butter mixture, pressing down gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then cut into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
- Feel free to add nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
