Description

Delicious no-bake bars that mimic the taste of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, perfect for a quick treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  2. Add the rolled oats and mix until well combined.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract into the melted chocolate.
  5. Press half of the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  7. Top with the remaining peanut butter mixture, pressing down gently.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then cut into bars.
