Description

A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake peppermint cheesecake that is perfect for the festive season.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • ½ cup crushed peppermint candies
  • Red and green sprinkles for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Before serving, decorate with red and green sprinkles if desired.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the peppermint extract to taste.
