A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake peppermint cheesecake that is perfect for the festive season.

- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- ½ cup crushed peppermint candies
- Red and green sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, decorate with red and green sprinkles if desired.
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the peppermint extract to taste.
- This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for convenience.
