Description

No-Bake S’mores Bars are a delicious and easy treat that combines the classic flavors of s’mores without the need for an oven. Perfect for summer gatherings or a quick dessert fix!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  2. Add melted butter and stir until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  4. Evenly distribute mini marshmallows over the crust.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and pour over the marshmallows.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.
