Description

A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake strawberry cheesecake served in jars, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of each jar to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  6. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each jar.
  7. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Repeat the layers until the jars are filled, finishing with strawberries on top.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
  • Feel free to substitute strawberries with other berries if desired.
  • These jars can be made a day in advance for convenience.
