- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined muffin tin to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the muffin tin.
- Add a layer of chopped strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Remove from the muffin tin and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
- Feel free to substitute strawberries with other berries like blueberries or raspberries.
