- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in orange juice, orange zest, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a stronger orange flavor, add more orange zest.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- This fudge can be frozen for up to 3 months.
