Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, dried cranberries, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the honey (or maple syrup), almond butter (or peanut butter), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
