Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add broccoli florets and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Sauté broccoli for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the broccoli and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
- Once the cheese is melted, remove from heat and serve warm.
