Description

A simple and delicious one-pan meal featuring lemon garlic chicken and asparagus, perfect for a quick dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet.
  5. Add the asparagus around the chicken on the baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the asparagus.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
