- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, elbow macaroni, beef broth, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
