- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach

- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the pasta and enough water to cover it, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Fold in the fresh spinach until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
