Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add the pasta and enough water to cover it, then bring to a boil.
