- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the salmon fillets, skin-side down.
- Pour the orange glaze over the salmon and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the glaze.
