- 4 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese (your choice)
- Butter (for spreading)
- Olives (for eyes)
- Cherry tomatoes (for beak)
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with another slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and let cool slightly.
- Cut the sandwich into an owl shape using a knife.
- Use olives for the eyes and a cherry tomato for the beak to decorate the sandwich.
