Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb andouille sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
