Description

Delicious mini cheesecakes decorated in red, white, and blue, perfect for patriotic celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Red and blue food coloring
  • Fresh strawberries and blueberries for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  5. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups.
  6. Fill each cup with the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Add red and blue food coloring to half of the mixture and swirl gently.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then let cool.
  9. Top with fresh strawberries and blueberries before serving.

Notes

  • Chill the cheesecakes for at least 2 hours before serving for best flavor.
  • Use a piping bag for a more decorative topping.
