2 cups fresh peaches, diced
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix diced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Roll out the croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
Place a spoonful of the peach mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
