Description

A rich and creamy pecan pie cheesecake that combines the flavors of traditional pecan pie with a smooth cheesecake, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in chopped pecans.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  7. In another bowl, mix corn syrup, brown sugar, and salt until combined, then pour over the cheesecake layer.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set. Let cool before slicing.
