- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and spread over the graham cracker layer.
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, and vanilla. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Stir in chopped pecans and pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar.
