Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the graham cracker layer.
  5. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, and vanilla. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Stir in chopped pecans and pour over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. Let cool before serving.
