- 4 small pumpkins
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the pumpkins and scoop out the seeds and pulp.
- In a bowl, mix the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, black olives, and Italian seasoning.
- Fill each pumpkin with the pizza mixture.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Place the pumpkins on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the pumpkins are tender.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Choose small pumpkins that can stand upright.
- Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preferences.
