Description

A fun and festive way to celebrate Halloween with delicious pepperoni pizza stuffed pumpkins.


Ingredients

  • 4 small pumpkins
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the pumpkins and scoop out the seeds and pulp.
  3. In a bowl, mix the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, black olives, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Fill each pumpkin with the pizza mixture.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Place the pumpkins on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the pumpkins are tender.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
