- 1 turkey breast (about 4–5 pounds)
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush the glaze generously over the turkey.
- Cover the turkey with foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize.
- Check the internal temperature of the turkey; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve with remaining glaze.

- For extra flavor, marinate the turkey breast overnight with the glaze.
