Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
