Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg, red food coloring, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the softened cream cheese over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- While the rolls are baking, prepare the icing by mixing powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
- Once the rolls are done, drizzle the icing over the top and serve warm.
