- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the tart shell.
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Top the tart with pomegranate seeds and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a sweeter tart, adjust the amount of powdered sugar to taste.
