Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pomegranate juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  4. Prepare the ginger rice by adding grated ginger to the cooked rice and mixing well.
  5. Serve the chicken over the ginger rice, garnished with pomegranate seeds and sliced green onions.
