Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen potstickers (about 1215 pieces)
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and water, and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the frozen potstickers to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Once the potstickers are cooked, add the bok choy, mushrooms, and carrots to the pot.
  6. Stir in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
