- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and water, and bring to a boil.
- Add the frozen potstickers to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions.
- Once the potstickers are cooked, add the bok choy, mushrooms, and carrots to the pot.
- Stir in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
