Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine rolled oats, protein powder, banana, eggs, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and let the batter sit for a few minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For a vegan option, substitute eggs with flax eggs and use plant-based protein powder.
- These pancakes can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Top with fresh fruits, yogurt, or maple syrup for added flavor.
