Description

Delicious pull-apart meatball sliders topped with garlic parmesan butter, perfect for parties or a cozy family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package slider buns
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. In a skillet, cook the meatballs over medium heat until browned on all sides.
  5. Place the slider buns in a baking dish and layer the meatballs on top.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Drizzle over the sliders.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the sliders are heated through and the tops are golden.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
