- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 package slider buns
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a skillet, cook the meatballs over medium heat until browned on all sides.
- Place the slider buns in a baking dish and layer the meatballs on top.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Drizzle over the sliders.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the sliders are heated through and the tops are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
