Description
Delicious and easy-to-make pulled BBQ beef sandwiches cooked in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 3 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season the beef chuck roast with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the seasoned beef on top of the onions and garlic.
- Pour the BBQ sauce over the beef.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the beef with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve the pulled beef on hamburger buns.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the beef in BBQ sauce overnight before cooking.
- Serve with coleslaw for added crunch.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
