Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares, about 4×4 inches.
- In a bowl, mix the pulled pork, barbecue sauce, and cheese.
- Place a spoonful of the pulled pork mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
