- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon paprika

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 12 slider buns
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
- Place the pork in a roasting pan and pour apple cider vinegar over it.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 4-5 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
- Remove the pork from the oven and shred it using two forks.
- Mix the shredded pork with barbecue sauce.
- In a separate bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard to make the slaw.
- Assemble the sliders by placing pulled pork on each slider bun and topping with tangy slaw.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
