Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chopped pecans if using.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
