Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and spices.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips to the batter.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- These brownies can be served warm with ice cream for a delicious dessert.
