Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
