- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the flour and milk, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
