Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and pumpkin spice, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. If using, stir in the pumpkin puree until well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal, mixing until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  6. If desired, sprinkle white chocolate chips on top and press them in gently.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
