Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add ginger to the meatball mixture.
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
