Description

A quick and delicious recipe for Mongolian beef meatballs that can be prepared in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
