- 1 cup enchilada sauce

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in bell pepper, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Add shredded chicken, chili powder, cumin, and enchilada sauce; mix well.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
