2 cups fresh peaches, diced

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
In a bowl, mix diced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
