Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch of radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 8 slices of bread (white or whole grain)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the chopped herbs until well combined.
  2. Spread a generous layer of the herb butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer the sliced radishes on half of the buttered bread slices.
  4. Season the radishes with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Top with the remaining buttered bread slices, butter side down.
  6. Cut the sandwiches into quarters or triangles and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the herb butter.
  • These sandwiches are best served fresh but can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
