Description
Delicious tea sandwiches made with fresh radishes and herb-infused butter, perfect for afternoon tea or a light snack.
Ingredients

- 1 bunch of radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 8 slices of bread (white or whole grain)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the chopped herbs until well combined.
- Spread a generous layer of the herb butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the sliced radishes on half of the buttered bread slices.
- Season the radishes with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the remaining buttered bread slices, butter side down.
- Cut the sandwiches into quarters or triangles and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the herb butter.
- These sandwiches are best served fresh but can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
