Description

Rainbow Deviled Eggs are a colorful and fun appetizer perfect for Easter celebrations, featuring vibrant hues and delicious flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Food coloring (red, blue, green, yellow, purple)

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  5. Divide the yolk mixture into separate bowls for each color.
  6. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix until the desired color is achieved.
  7. Fill each egg white half with the colored yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  8. Arrange the eggs on a platter and serve.

Notes

  • For a more vibrant color, let the colored yolk mixture sit for a few minutes before filling the eggs.
  • Feel free to experiment with different colors and combinations.
