Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Divide the yolk mixture into separate bowls for each color.
- Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix until the desired color is achieved.
- Fill each egg white half with the colored yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Arrange the eggs on a platter and serve.

- For a more vibrant color, let the colored yolk mixture sit for a few minutes before filling the eggs.
- Feel free to experiment with different colors and combinations.
- These can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
