Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast the poblano peppers until the skin is charred, about 20 minutes.

- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.

- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
