Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, cottage cheese, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then add them to the oat mixture.
