- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 package of mini phyllo cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
- Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each phyllo cup.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the phyllo cups are golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- These bites can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to substitute raspberries with other berries if desired.
- For a sweeter taste, adjust the amount of powdered sugar to your preference.
