Description

Delicious and creamy raspberry cream cheese bites that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 package of mini phyllo cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
  4. Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each phyllo cup.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the phyllo cups are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
