- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine cooked rice, chopped spinach, flaked salmon, and cream cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
