Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked rice, chopped spinach, flaked salmon, and cream cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
