Ingredients

  • 2 cans of artichoke hearts, drained
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the drained artichoke hearts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the artichoke hearts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. While the artichokes are roasting, prepare the garlic aioli by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
