Description
Delicious and beautifully decorated cake pops shaped like roses, perfect for Valentine’s Day celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 box of cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of frosting
- 1 package of candy melts (pink and green)
- lollipop sticks
- edible glitter (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan.
- Once cooled, crumble the cake into a large bowl.
- Add frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the pink candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip the end of each lollipop stick into the melted candy and insert it into a cake ball.
- Dip each cake pop into the pink candy melts, allowing excess to drip off.
- Use green candy melts to create leaves on the cake pops.
- Decorate with edible glitter if desired.
- Let the cake pops set before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the cake balls are chilled before dipping to prevent them from falling off the sticks.
- Experiment with different colors of candy melts for various occasions.
- Store in a cool place to maintain shape and decoration.
